  1. I have this handsome hi-fi, and I love it. Well, mine has the turntable only, not the radio, but it has the same cabinet.

What discovered is that the audio out from the turntable takes RCA plugs, so I unplugged plugged the vintage RCA plugs (hardwired to the amp) and plugged them into the OUT an RCA switchbox, then used a new RCA pair cable to connect the switchbox to the old Phono, and used a 1/4" audio to RCA Y-cable on the other switchbox input.

With these mods, I can flip the A/B switchbox and play my iPod (iPhone) on my tube amp.

MP3 quality doesn't measure up to analog, but it still sounds heavy and loud, and the whole family can dance without making the record skip.

  2. I have been looking for this model because it would fit perfectly with the mid-century modern style of my house. Anyone know where I can find one?

    1. I have one, if you’re still interested. Was going to repurpose and do some updates to the look but would possibly be interested in selling. In Kentucky if that helps.
